Black Wedding Rings & Bands

Men's black wedding rings and bands in two materials. Plated tungsten carbide gives a deep, uniform black with the weight tungsten is known for. Black zirconium is lighter, and its colour comes from a hard oxide layer formed in the metal itself rather than a coating.

Choose a plain black band, or one inlaid with Swedish meteorite, whisky barrel oak or koa wood, where the dark band sets off the lighter inlay. Widths run from 4mm to 8mm in bevelled, flat and round profiles, with rose gold and gunmetal detailing on some rings, and several styles come as matching pairs.

Questions, answered

What are black wedding rings made of?
Ours come in two materials. Some are tungsten carbide with a black plated finish, which makes a heavy ring. Others are black zirconium, where the black is a hard oxide layer formed in the metal itself, and the ring is closer to titanium in weight.
Can black wedding rings be resized?
No. Neither tungsten carbide nor black zirconium can be resized, so it is worth confirming your size before you order. Choose "I don't know" on any ring and we'll post you a free ring sizer first.
Can a black wedding ring be engraved?
Yes, inside the band, on rings with a metal interior. We confirm the fit before engraving. See engraved wedding rings.
Do black rings come in narrower widths?
Yes. Black styles run from 4mm to 8mm, and several are available as matching pairs for couples.
