Ordered an engraved ring last minute decision about 10-14 days or so before I needed to leave for my wedding. They sent the ring first and then I sent it back for engraving. The service was exceptional. I did panic and message them and although they are a small team they did reply, told me not to worry and it was on its way… it arrived the day after. Boxed and beautiful. Updated my wedding ring after 10 years and chose the impact 6mm. After wearing an 8mm, the 6mm is much more comfortable. It’s a beautiful unique looking ring and I love the look, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. It came in a delightful box and the additional silicone ring is a brilliant touch. 100% recommendation.
