Really pleased with the Glencairn ring purchased recently. The ring is stunning and the wood inner layer makes it very comfy. Service was excellent throughout even when I played too safe with sizing and had to return the ring for a smaller size. No questions asked and straightforward returns process.
I orders the Tana and Bonnie matching wedding rings and they are stunning. Really well made no flaws and look fantastic. I like how unique they look. Comfortable to wear and customer services have been great, answering any question I had. No complaints at all and worth every penny :)
I initially ordered with a string and measuring tape measurement, and completely ordered the wrong size. Forge & Lumber were ace, they didn't even try to upsell the sizer i ordered, checked the size and then did the free return to get my ring resized. excellent company and outstanding support and service!
