Warranty

At Forge and Lumber, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them with a comprehensive warranty policy. We offer a one-year warranty on all items purchased directly from Forge and Lumber, starting from the date the item was received.

Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises in your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

We will then work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include repairing or replacing the item at no charge. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item for inspection to determine the cause of the issue.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We also do not cover any damages or defects that occur as a result of non-compliance with our care instructions.

If your product is not covered under our warranty, we may still be able to offer repair or replacement services at a reasonable cost. We will provide you with an estimate for these services and obtain your approval before proceeding.
