I wanted a ring that I could wear on my wedding finger while I was voluenteering with animals in South Africa. My hands swell up in hot weather and I didn’t want to wear my regular wedding ring if I was going to have fat hands. Also, because the work was quite manual, I was worried about catching my regular wedding ring and injuring my finger.

This silicone ring was perfect. I’ve since used it when I’ve been on long runs, and when I’ve been camping.
