1. Enter your order number and email.

2. Select the 'engraving Size check'. If it's the right size and you want to proceed with engraving, choose 'engraving' and 'Return for engraving'.

3. If you need to try a different size before engraving, select 'wrong size' - 'exchange' and choose the size you wish to try.

4. Changed your mind on the engraving text or missed adding it at purchase? Add this in the additional comments section.

5. Review your selection and click 'Submit Return'. You’ll receive either:

• A printable label – attach it to your package and post it in any post box.
• A QR code – take it to a Royal Mail Locker, ParcelShop, or Delivery Office (not a post box) where they’ll print the label for you.

Packaging: Please repack your item in the original delivery box and seal it securely.
