First we will send you your ordered ring on its own for a fit check and to ensure you love your chosen design. Then if we need to exchange at all we can arrange this to be sure before engraving you have the perfect fit.

Once you confirm, get your return label so you can send it back for us to complete the Engraving.

Then we will send it out in the presentation box alongside the silicone sing and cloth.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your ring has been personalised with our engraving service, it truly becomes a unique piece, reflecting your individual sentiment and narrative. However, it's important to note that due to the custom nature of the engraving, the ring can no longer be exchanged/ returned for a different size after purchase. We urge you to be certain of the ring size, our team will be in touch to help you through this process with our comfort fit ring sizer. Engraved rings are created specifically for you by hand and therefore are not eligible for exchange/return. The process can add an extra week onto the fulfilment time of orders.
