To protect the ring from being damaged we recommend removing it for strenuous activity, as well as removing your jewellery where possible when showering, cleaning or using swimming pools.

If you have ordered a ring that is not currently in stock we send a ring sizer out to double check your size. This is because made-to-order rings take 6-8 weeks to be ready so if a size change is needed it is important we know about it sooner than later.

Please note if you have ordered a solid meteorite ring these can take up to 14 weeks to be completed as it is a much more delicate process.

If you have ordered a ring that was showing in stock when you ordered, we will dispatch within 5-7 working days. We post with Royal mail 24 hour delivery service.

If your ring was made to order, you will receive a ring sizer automatically to confirm your size. We will begin working on your order, however the time frame depends on the ring. We generally say allow 6-8 weeks with the exception of the solid meteorite rings which take 12-14 weeks. We do our best to have them completed quicker for you.

Please note that as we are a small family business, holidays etc will impact our timeframes occasionally.

On request we will send over step by step instructions for how to complete the exchange request.

If we have your new size in stock, we will send this out within 7-10 working days of receiving your return. If we need to have it made, we will send it out as soon as it is ready.

If you need it urgently please do let us know and we may be able to send out the new ring prior to the original being received.

The short answer, Yes.

The longer answer, as with all wooden products there is care required to keep it looking its very best.

Long term exposure to moisture and chemicals can be harmful to your ring, so we recommend taking it off when showering. This is the same with Swimming.

Washing your hands however won't be an issue as long as you ensure you take a moment to ensure your ring is dry as well :).

In the meantime, we suggest giving your ring a wipe with a microfibre cloth every month and use a natural wood conditioner to renew protection of your ring. See our beeswax polish with cloth for a great option.

With the meteorite rings that contain shavings and are covered by resin, you can care for these the same as you would a normal tungsten ring and wash with a soft cloth and a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid, once a month.

With the exposed meteorite you can give it a clean with a damp cloth once a month. We have a new meteorite care kit launching soon which will help remove any rust spots that may build up from water exposure.

Yes! We offer engraving inside the ring.

If you wish to return your order, please email us to confirm we can accept your return. As long as you are within 30 days and the ring has NOT been engraved we will be able to approve no worries. In the case of returns, please note we may charge a 10% restock fee however, if this is the case we will let you know when approving the return.

Yes, if you change your mind and would like a different design instead just let us know. We are then able to exchange this and any difference in price will be invoiced or refunded.

All of our rings and jewellery come with 1 year warranty.

Please note that all warranty is subject to our discretion and where we feel there has been neglect of care for your ring your warranty may be voided. It does not cover accidental damage, loss or theft.

You will receive your ring, a Silicone ring, a polishing cloth and wooden presentation box.

If you would like a specific style of silicone ring, pop us an email and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

We offer one free exchange per order, any further exchanges are at our discretion. Please note though, We are here to help and we care a lot about our customers :).

Simply pop us an email and we can get this arranged for you or check out the information card that came with your ring for a handy QR code.

Currently no, we are not able to offer custom one off designs. However, we may be able to look at creating a new design that we feel there would be a demand for, so please reach out, if you don't ask we can't say yes.

Yes and No, this is really dependent on the ring and what your request is. However, we have made alterations to quite a few of our rings now on request so please just ask.

Royal mail, we use both their 24 hour service and can offer Special delivery when required.

We currently are not able to offer this as we work around our young family. We hope that we will be able to offer this in the future as we grow.

We are also happy for you to pop us an email and let us know you are ordering a couple to try on. In this case, as long as the rings are all in stock we will waive any restock fee and if you decide to keep one of the rings we will pop a return label for the remaining rings!

Apologies we cannot receive or make calls as we are a very small team, we don't work certain hours day to day so can't guarantee availability.
