At Forge and Lumber, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund policy that abides by customer protection laws globally.

Our refund policy applies to all items purchased directly from Forge and Lumber. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you change your mind about a ordrer then we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note that the item(s) being returned must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) being returned do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the above criteria. If the item(s) are deemed eligible for a refund, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We also recommend that customers use a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
