Ordered the wrong size?

Don't worry, we will exchange the first swap for free. If we have the size in stock we will get this on the way to ASAP. But if we need to make the ring the normal 2-8 week production period may apply on the exchange.

    I don't normally leave reviews but firstly the ring is fantastic, better than I thought. Top quality and the box and additional rubber ring is brilliant.

    The customer service was also fab, by my own fault the ring was too big and needed it ASAP for my wedding. Couldn't have argued if it was late as it was my fault, however they sent another one out which got to me next day without any fuss.

    If you are thinking of buying one , just do it, you won't be disappointed

    The customer service was great, to be able to try the ring on and then send back if correct sadly we needed a bigger size and this was no problem, we wanted the ring engraved but I only had two weeks and the staff there were lovely and said send us the ring after the wedding and we will send back engraved asap which they did, it came with a rubber wedding band, his wedding ring cleaning cloth and in a lovely wooden box, *5+ from us
