Ordered the wrong size?

Don't worry, we will exchange the first swap for free. If we have the size in stock we will get this on the way to ASAP. But if we need to make the ring the normal 2-8 week production period may apply on the exchange.

    A beautiful ring, but.......

    I was happily browsing 'rings' on my tablet when I came across Forge and Lumber and this beautiful ring by the name of The Paua. I knew that I would buy it, but had to order the ring size gauge beforehand, which arrived in the shortest time and I then fulfilled my order. The Paua arrived and it looked just as shown on the website and I loved it. I wore it for a couple of hours, as I haven't had a ring in a long while and it felt a bit strange. It was quite heavy and a little bit loose, despite having tried the various ring sizes. I wore it again for a longer period of time, showed family and friends who all thought it was lovely, but had to take it off again for a while. I tried to convince myself that it was OK because I liked it so much, but eventually had to make contact to say it wasn't working for me and could I return it. I received a code to enable a label to be printed at the Post Office for return and it was that simple. I had already seen another ring that I really liked,
    so an exchange was arranged. Forge and Lumber are a delight to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much.
