Shipping Policy

At Forge & Lumber, we want your experience to be as smooth as possible — which is why we offer free shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

For international orders, shipping is £5 on orders up to £19.99, and free on orders of £20 and over.

Duties and taxes. For many international destinations, any applicable import duties and taxes are paid by us in advance and included in your order — so you won't be charged anything extra on delivery. Where required, GST for Australian and New Zealand orders is calculated and shown at checkout. For some lower-value orders sent by standard post, local import taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. In all cases, the costs shown at checkout are final for your order.

Making your ring. All metal and wood ring orders take approximately 2–8 weeks to handcraft, depending on the materials used, after which we ship to you. Meteorite rings may take up to 12 weeks, due to the sourcing and process of working with this material. Silicone rings (unless part of a larger ring order) and other accessories are usually dispatched by the next working day.

Delivery once dispatched. These are estimates from the time your order leaves us:

  • UK: 2–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of world: up to 6–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

We use trusted, tracked carriers to make sure your order arrives safely. Once it ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
